Grede Brand Campaign

Since 1920, Grede has been well-known across North America for their specialty iron castings in the agriculture and trucking industry. To break further into the automotive industry, however, they knew they needed a more polished and visible brand in order to compete. I helped coordinate and direct photo and video shoots across multiple of their Midwest manufacturing facilities to help visually tell their story of technological advancement, safety and dedication.

These assets were then used for a brand campaign across multiple types of media, then pivoted to an employee recruitment campaign to help alleviate post-COVID production line backups.

Not long after the brand campaign launched, the impact of COVID-19 on production lines became a challenge across all of Grede’s manufacturing facilities. I helped strategize with the team on a fast messaging pivot with a recruitment focus to help alleviate their post-COVID production line backups and emphasize the value that each employee has on the company.
